The Venetian terrazzo, a symbol of a past era, is coming back in style with the RIO coffee table.
This refined type of flooring, a staple of the Renaissance, is reinterpreted and reimagined inside a context that elevates it from its natural role and transforms it into the top of a coffee table. The material, obtained by mixing marble and concrete, is designed as if it were a floor section pulled from the ground and placed on a solid brass base, like a precious geological fragment.

the geometrical pedestal
In order to highlight the natural beauty of the shape and raw material, the terrazzo block is elevated from the ground by the geometrical pedestal made of solid brass that functions as a load-bearing structure.
the texture of the materials
The top of the terrazzo table owes its organic shape to the old manufacturing technique, which gives it a strongly textured aspect. Like a piece of modern art, RIO is a coffee table that cannot be produced in series, unique among its kind.
